At The Caphe Vietnam, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee products. Please read our shipping, refund, cancellation, and return policy below.

Shipping

At The Caphe Vietnam, we strive to deliver your coffee products safely and conveniently to your doorstep.

●       We offer delivery across the UAE through our own delivery service or C3xpress, with the option to collect your order in person.

●       Estimated delivery time: 4-5 working days.

●       Free for orders above AED 250. For orders below AED 250, a delivery cost of AED 15 applies. (Does not apply to wholesale orders)

Order Payments

All orders must be paid for in full in advance through our website, online payment system, or in-store.

Our refund and cancellation policy applies only to orders for which payment has been made to The Caphe Vietnam. You can cancel an order by emailing us before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to decline orders we cannot fulfil.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we ensure our products meet our quality standards. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, open packs or taste preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@thecaphevietnam.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reply within 1 working day.

Order Rescheduling

Request a reschedule at least 24 hours before delivery. Approval depends on product availability, resources, and our schedule.

Damaged & Delivery Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you notice any issue.

Once a product has been delivered, we are not responsible for improper storage or other issues arising after delivery. For approved damaged or incorrect orders, we cover the delivery cost of the replacement.

Refunds

At The Caphe Vietnam, we take pride in the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds, any product that arrives damaged or incorrect can be replaced with a new one of the same value.
